Day 03: Agra-Jaipur
Today the Indian Horizons representative drives you to the Taj Mahal early in the morning so that you can experience a grand panorama as the Taj reflects the hues of the changing colors of the warm sun rays. Also drive to the red sandstone Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daullah’s Tomb and the monuments of Fatehpur Sikri in Agra, India.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at Delhi Int’l Airport, you will be met by Indian Horizons representative and transferred to a hotel of your choice. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 02: In Delhi After a sumptuous breakfast, morning will be at your leisure. Enjoy an exciting and memorable sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit the magnificent Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate and the Lotus Temple. Return to the hotel in the evening. Day 03: Delhi – Agra After breakfast, we drive to Agra – the city of the Taj (approx. 4 hrs). Continue driving to Agra and check in at a hotel on arrival. Day 04: Agra – Jaipur After breakfast, the day at leisure till lunch. In the afternoon, we drive to the pink city of Jaipur in Rajasthan. En route visit the 16th century Mughal town of Fatehpur Sikri, famous for its towering Bulund Darwaza (Gate of Magnificence), and the Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti, a great Sufi saint of India. Continue driving to Jaipur, the Pink City of Rajasthan. Arrive at Jaipur and check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05: Jaipur After breakfast, enjoy a fascinating sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Enjoy an exciting elephant ride up to the majestic 17th century Amber Fort. Located on the outskirts of the pink city, Amber Fort represents a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture, in red sandstone and white marble. Day 06: Jaipur – Ranthambore National Park After breakfast today, you will enjoy an exciting excursion to the fascinating medieval town of Sanganer, known for its ruined palaces and exquisitely carved Jain temples. Later in the day, we drive to the world-famous Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. Popular with the wildlife photographers, Ranthambore is one of the finest tiger reserves of India, promising a perfect destination to see a tiger in his own natural habitat. Arrive at Ranthambore and check into a Forest Lodge / Resort for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Ranthambhore National Park Enjoy a full day of game viewing inside the lush forests, enchanting hills and picturesque vistas of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Track the tigers and other wildlife. Also visit the famous Ranthambore Fort, the oldest fort in Rajasthan, constructed in 945 AD. Dinner will be at the resort and retire early for the night. Same Day Taj Mahal Trip
Delhi – Agra
Delhi – Agra (203 kms. 4 hrs. 30 min. approx.)
Taj Mahal in Agra is a incredible example of Love from the past Mughal rulers. Taj Mahal is a perfection of architecture in white marble which took 22 years to build by 20,000 skilled artisans who inlaid the white marble edifice with precious and semi precious stones. The Agra Fort from where one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort which lies across the river Jamuna.
0630 to 1245 hours
Drive to Agra through the Indian country side. Upon arrival pick up guide from the representative office or hotel and later proceed to the Taj Mahal to see the architectural modern day wonder of the world. This monument is built in 1652 by Emperor Shah Jahan.
1300 to 1400 hours
Proceed to Hotel Trident/Howard Park Plaza/Taj View for the buffet lunch.
1400 to 1500 hours
After lunch visit the Agra Fort built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and the beautiful gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the last year of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from across the river Jamuna.
1500 to 1530 hours
Visit to a marble factory to see the beautiful inlay of precious and semi precious stones into the marble.

Finally before driving back to Delhi, one can make a brief visit to Sikandra the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Akbar, a magnificent garden tomb. Return to Delhi around 2130 hours and drop at your hotel.

Day 03 – Delhi – Agra drive, 204 km/4 hours
After Breakfast drive to Agra and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later sightseeing tour of Agra. Agra, the home of the immortal TajMahal, the incredible monument in white marble, example of love of an Emperor Shahjehan for his queen Mumtaz Mahal. This great monument was completed in 1653 AD. Agra Fort, on the banks of the river Yamuna is replete with priceless examples of craftsmanship in the Mughal period, including the beautiful pearl Mosque, it was designed and built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. Day 04 – Agra – Ranthambore drive, 275 km/6 hours
Morning drive to Ranthambore visiting enroute Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is also called abandoned city, lived a Muslim Saint , Sheikh
Salim Chishti by name. Upon arrival in Ranthambhore check-in at hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 05 – Ranthambore
Morning and afternoon jeep/Canter safari to view wildlife. Main species found: Tiger, panther, hyena, jungle cat, civet, sambar, chital,
nilgai, bear, wild boar, partiridge, green pigeon, red spurfowl etc. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 – Ranthambhore – Jaipur drive, 185 km/4 hours
Morning Safari and later drive to Jaipur and upon arrival check-in at hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 07 – Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber Fort, is a fine blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja Mansingh in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting apartments. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali are some of the prominent areas of interest. Elephants are other attraction to ascend the fort till the main entrance. Evening is at leisure and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 08 – Jaipur – Delhi – Departure
Morning free nd later drive to Delhi international airport to board flight for onward destination.
